1. Who sells to you

Libebox (Wojciech Liber, Hevelingstr. 218, 47574 Goch, Germany, see the Legal Notice) creates and supplies the products. The checkout is operated by an external seller:

Digital downloads (for example the Freelancer Business OS and the template kits) are bought through Gumroad. Under Gumroad’s Terms of Service, Gumroad acts as merchant of record, handles payment, receipts and applicable sales tax or VAT, and provides first-line buyer support. Gumroad’s terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase.

AI Client Trust Passport (subscription) is bought at passport.libebox.com. Paddle acts as seller of record and merchant of record. The Paddle Buyer Terms and our Terms for the Passport apply.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Whether taxes are included, and the final amount, are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment, normally immediately, by download link or by email to the address you gave at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

4. Consumers: right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right can expire early only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right once delivery begins. Where the checkout does not collect that agreement and confirmation, the right of withdrawal is not lost. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including your rights if a product is defective, remain unaffected by anything on this page.

To request a withdrawal or a refund, use the link on your receipt or contact the seller shown on it. Downloads sold through Gumroad also come with a 30-day money back guarantee, shown on each product page. Request it through the link on your Gumroad receipt, or write to support@libebox.com and we will help you reach Gumroad. This does not limit your statutory rights. 5. Business customers

If you buy for your trade, business or profession, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Refunds are handled under the seller’s terms.

6. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the products for your own freelance or business work and for client work you are authorised to perform. You may adapt the templates for your clients. You may not resell, share or republish the files as your own product.

Our products and articles provide operational guidance only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, a compliance assessment or a guarantee of results. We do not promise any income or number of clients.
